Shelley Weber

Named Chief Operating Officer in 2025, Shelley brings over two decades of experience in corporate operations, organizational strategy, and leadership. Throughout her career Shelley has demonstrated expertise in financial oversight and performance to drive profitability and sustainability. She has also successfully guided high-performing teams, integrating finance, human resources, corporate services, and marketing to consistently deliver measurable results that enhance organizational efficiency and success.

A graduate of the University of Ottawa, Shelley excels in fostering collaboration and building high-performance cultures. She is a strong advocate of embracing change, recognizing its importance in driving innovation, improving processes, and staying competitive in a dynamic industry. Her expertise in streamlining processes and addressing complex challenges reflects her strategic, solutions-driven mindset. As a bilingual leader, she combines strong communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining exceptional client service.

Shelley’s diverse experience has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of organizational dynamics and the challenges faced by growing firms. In her role as COO for Baker Tilly in our Ottawa and Gatineau offices, she will continue to apply her leadership to drive the firm's operational success and long-term growth.

Outside of work, Shelley enjoys spending quality time with her family, including her three daughters and two beloved fur babies.
