Waterloo, ON – As Baker Tilly in Canada continues to evolve and grow, we are pleased to announce two new senior leadership appointments within our National executive management team.
Mélodie Desrosiers joins Baker Tilly as Marketing and Communications Director. A veteran marketing executive, Desrosiers will lead the development and execution of a cohesive brand and communications strategy. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, she will drive brand awareness, optimize marketing campaigns and ensure consistent messaging across all channels, ultimately supporting our core business goals.
“I’ve always believed that when people come together with trust, purpose and determination, there’s no limit to what can be achieved,” Desrosiers says. “At Baker Tilly, I’m excited to build on this philosophy – strengthening relationships, driving impact and forging new paths to success.”
The Canadian network is equally delighted to welcome Chris Gesuale as National Director of Information Technology. In his new role, Gesuale will be the main technology driver at Baker Tilly. In particular, he will oversee and manage the national network’s technical infrastructure, lead strategic initiatives, integrate new technologies and foster a culture of continuous progress across the organization.
“I’m thrilled to embark on this next chapter and work with an incredible team,” says Gesuale. “I look forward to embracing new challenges and contributing to bold, impactful work that drives the organization forward.”
These appointments are part of a comprehensive new vision and strategy, reflecting the next stage of the network’s evolution. “With Mélodie and Chris in their new roles, we’re building on our commitment to drive exceptional experiences for our clients and our people,” adds Ben Lloyd, CEO. “In our mission to help businesses navigate an increasingly complex world, they both exemplify our guiding belief in going all in now, to get the best out of tomorrow.”
