Toronto, ON – Baker Tilly is pleased to announce the sale of CoreService Insurance Brokers Inc. (CoreService) to SIB Corp. (SIB).
The transaction closed on Dec. 1, 2025, with Baker Tilly serving as exclusive financial advisor to CoreService.
Located in North York and London, Ontario, CoreService is an insurance brokerage providing auto, home, business, life, travel and critical illness insurance, with a strong focus on serving Ontario’s Korean community.
Operating as StoneRidge Insurance Brokers, SIB is a Canadian insurance brokerage headquartered in Ancaster, Ontario. Providing personal, commercial, life and financial insurance solutions, the firm has grown through acquisitions and partnerships across the province.
