Lisa-Rae Cormack joins Baker Tilly KDN as VP, Dispute Resolution & Conflict Management

Peterborough, ON – The partners of Baker Tilly KDN are pleased to announce the appointment of Lisa-Rae Cormack to the position of vice president, effective Aug. 19.

Cormack joins the Baker Tilly KDN consulting team with the aim of helping clients navigate the complexities and stressors associated with workplace and community dispute resolution and conflict management. Previously, she worked with Baker Tilly as an associate consultant, where she continually showed her commitment to value-added insights and service excellence for her clients. Highlights of her tenure include working with government clients on engagements involving investigations into allegations of harassment and discrimination, as well as conducting workplace conflict assessments and team facilitation.

Cormack’s addition to the Dispute Resolution & Conflict Management division is in direct response to the growing needs of clients.

Cormack brings 25 years of public- and private-sector experience and expertise in human resource management and labour relations. She is a member of the Human Resource Professional Association, where she received her Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation in 2009. She is also a member of the ADR Institute of Ontario.
