Sudbury, ON – Baker Tilly is pleased to announce Maxine Laforest has been promoted to the role of Principal. Her career with the firm began 18 years ago when she came on board as a co-op student. Laforest moved to a full-time role later the same year – and her career has flourished ever since.
In addition to being a leader of the Baker Tilly Advantage service for Baker Tilly in Sudbury, she has developed diverse expertise that includes accounting and assurance, entrepreneurial services, bookkeeping, succession planning, as well as personal and corporate tax planning services.
“Over the years, Maxine has accumulated a great deal of valuable experience, working with clients across a broad range of industries,” explains the firm’s Managing Partner Robert Blais. “Our clients rely on her to assess their situations and determine their needs, ultimately proposing and implementing optimal solutions, always with impeccable results.
