What is your proudest professional accomplishment?
Helping to strategically position a large leading company for growth via a shift in prospect and a focus on customer base.
What advice would you give someone starting a career in your field?
Be genuine, valuable and respectful.
What are the qualities that make Baker Tilly Windsor unique?
To me, there are a number of things: its size and location, U.S. experience, partners who are open to new ideas and growth, areas of specialization and its networks, both national and international.
How would you describe your contribution to Baker Tilly Windsor?
My focus has been on growing the consultancy practice, which has required planning, as well as product and market development. We are working on some interesting and valuable products and services. In addition to more traditional management consulting, some of these involve cutting-edge technologies and disruptive industries.
If you weren’t in your current job, what profession would you pursue?
Strategic management is of particular interest to me, given my past, the stimulating challenges involved and this field’s relevance to some of what I do here at Baker Tilly.
What does “Now, for tomorrow” (Baker Tilly’s mantra) mean to you?
To me, this means an individual or organization should consider living in the present – in the moment – while preparing to facilitate continued success in the future.
What does the future hold for you and your profession?
The future is bright, but it is also filled with change, disruption and convergence. In the years to come, I anticipate a mix of opportunity and challenge.
