OWC and Collins Barrow Victoria merge

Victoria, BC – Osborn Watts & Co. and Collins Barrow Victoria have been down the hall from each other in the historic Yarrow Building for over 20 years, providing excellent accounting, assurance, tax and advisory solutions to their respective clients.
