Sudbury, ON – Operation Red Nose is a national program dedicated to the fight against drinking and driving. Available to any individual who has been drinking or who simply does not feel fit to drive home, the free, confidential service is provided by volunteers. During a Sudbury event on December 2, under the leadership of Nadia Robert and Louise Lavallée, 11 employees from Collins Barrow SNT LLP will lend their time to this very worthwhile cause.
Started in 1984, Operation Red Nose has since spread across the country. The organization also raises public awareness against drinking and driving and provides essential financial support to local community organizations.
“We are dedicated to making Greater Sudbury a safer community,” said Nadia Robert, CB SNT LLP senior accountant. “In the past five years, this campaign has driven over 40,000 people home safely — and we are dedicated to ensuring those numbers continue to grow.”
