Biography

Steve Frye has been providing consulting and assurance advice to companies in the financial services, manufacturing, and technology-based industries for over 25 years. He is experienced in a broad range of specialty services related to acquisitions, and divestures, corporate finance, valuations, litigation support, regulatory matters and operations consulting. Steve has led seminars on various business matters such as valuations, succession planning and technology planning.

Steve has served property and casualty and group, life and health insurance brokers for over 25 years in nearly every province of Canada. Recognized in Court as an expert in the valuation of insurance brokerages, Steve is a Chartered Business Valuator. Steve also provided chief agent services for foreign-based insurers.

Along with the rest of the firm, Steve became a partner in the newly formed Baker Tilly WM LLP firm in August 2018.
