Biography

Laurentian University graduate, Roxanne Gervais, has been with Baker Tilly SNT since 1991. After receiving her Honours of Commerce degree in 1991, she earned her CA designation in 1994. Displaying ethics of hard work, a strong knowledge of standards and professionalism, she was offered partnership in 2010, becoming Baker Tilly SNT’s first female partner!

Experienced in the not-for-profit sector, Roxanne expresses great respect for working with local community-minded organizations. Viewing her work as dynamic, engaging and rewarding, she enjoys communicating with her clients to cultivate healthy, profitable and long-lasting relationships.

Throughout the years, Roxanne has also specialized in the MUSH group sectors (municipalities, universities, schools and hospitals) and the construction and forestry sectors. With a strong knowledge of accounting standards, she has performed audits, PEER reviews, notice-to-reader statements, and reviewed engagements for small and large clients.

Beyond the field of financial statements, Roxanne appreciates the outdoors. She enjoys travelling, relaxing at her trailer with family and friends, and taking long walks. During the colder fall and winter months, she can be found bowling with friends or curled up with a good book.
