Mathew Gearges CPA CMA

Biography

Mathew joined the International Tax group at Baker Tilly Windsor in late 2023. Prior to joining the firm, he acquired more than 12 years of industry experience as part of the in‑house tax teams of multiple Fortune 500 companies and multinational organizations. Mathew is focused on leveraging his extensive industry experience to provide clients with various tax reporting (including tax provisions and return to provisions) and tax compliance services.

After obtaining his Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in accounting from the University of Toronto, Mathew completed his CPA designation and the CPA Canada In‑Depth Tax Program. He most recently spent five years as the Canadian tax lead for a multinational organization which was the global industry leader in the spirits and beverage sector.
