Biography

Erica earned her Honours Bachelor of Commerce, magna cum laude, from the University of Ottawa in 2003 and obtained her Chartered Professional Accountant designation in 2006. She was named Partner at Baker Tilly in 2015.

With more than 20 years of experience in public accounting, Erica provides accounting, audit, assurance, and tax services to clients across the private and not-for-profit sectors. Known for her leadership, professionalism, and analytical approach, she excels at managing complex client engagements under demanding timelines.

Erica works closely with individual clients and audit committees to present financial statements and advise on planning and reporting matters. A strong and engaging speaker, she regularly delivers external presentations and serves as an instructor for internal training seminars.

Outside the office, Erica values time with her family and enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle through fitness and running.
