Biography

In her role as national manager of Professional Standards, Carolyn facilitates knowledge sharing from coast to coast, and provides support to the member firms by developing and delivering solutions and resources that anticipate the needs of the network. She works on an array of projects and initiatives, including developing and delivering internal training courses, annual conferences, and accounting and assurance publications.

Carolyn joined the National Office in 2024.  Previously, she was with a big four CPA firm in Toronto.  Carolyn has over 15 years of experience in public practice and specializes in the application of IFRS and ASPE requirements for both public and private companies.

Carolyn obtained her designation as a Chartered Professional Account (CPA, CA) in 2007 and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Queen’s University.
