We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team—a role where your expertise will drive meaningful outcomes and your ambition will help shape what comes next. Your role:

  • Internal recruitment:

    • Lead full‑cycle recruitment to attract top talent for a variety of roles in Audit & Accounting, Tax, Advisory, and Infrastructure functions.

    • Build and manage talent pipelines across our Toronto and Vancouver offices.

    • Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to refine role requirements, integrating market trends and insights on emerging skills to inform robust, forward‑looking hiring decisions.

    • Champion and elevate Baker Tilly’s employer brand by acting as an ambassador of our values, culture, and employee experience clearly articulating our value proposition to attract and retain exceptional people.

  • Client recruitment:

    • Act as a trusted advisor to external clients, supporting them with end‑to‑end recruitment for key hires.

    • Develop customized sourcing and outreach strategies based on each client’s business needs, culture, and hiring timelines.

    • Present curated shortlists with clear insights, ensuring clients have strong decision-making support.

    • Manage client relationships with professionalism, responsiveness, and service excellence.

  • Strategic sourcing & talent advisory:

    • Design and execute sourcing strategies using innovative tools, industry research, and targeted outreach.

    • Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage high‑quality active and passive candidates.

    • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize processes for internal recruitment.

    • Stay ahead of hiring trends, competitive intelligence, and market shifts to guide leaders.

What you bring to the table: 

  • Minimum 5 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience. Corporate or professional services environment is preferred.

  • Proven success managing both internal requisitions and external client recruitment mandates.

  • Strong sourcing capability and a builder mindset.

  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.

  • Experience juggling multiple searches, stakeholders, and priorities.

  • Exceptional communication, relationship‑building, and advisory skills.

  • High attention to detail, strong organization, and a commitment to delivering best‑in‑class candidate and client experiences.

  • A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in HR or a related field is an asset.

Your schedule:  

Monday to Friday 

Salary range: $75,000 - $100,000 per annum.
