Your role:

Act as a project lead and key contact for payroll system conversions with support from Manager
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on simultaneous systems-related projects
Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for system testing and data validation prior to go-live dates
Identify opportunities to streamline payroll processes and implement automation where possible
Coordinate process mapping and documentation efforts to ensure clients are well-supported for system migrations/upgrades
Execute accurate and timely payroll processing and reporting for clients on cloud-based platforms
Lead client onboarding and system training; respond to client inquiries
Identify and mitigate risk and any potential system constraints; develop sustainable workarounds as needed

What you bring to the table:

Proven experience in payroll administration and systems/platforms
Project management experience
Strong attention to detail, organizational and communication skills
Experience with process documentation and system testing
Committed to providing an exceptional client experience
