Your role:
- Lead and manage audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries.
- Ensure compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
- Supervise, mentor, and train audit staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- Review and approve audit work papers, financial statements, and reports.
- Participate in business development activities, including client proposals and presentations.
- Stay current with changes in accounting standards, regulations, and industry trends.
- Assist in the development and implementation of audit methodologies and best practices.
- Collaborate with other service lines to ensure a cohesive approach to client service.
- Assist with practice inspections and assist with delivery of quality management framework
What you bring to the table:
- CPA designation or equivalent.
- Professional Accounting License (PAL) from CPA Ontario
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on audit and assurance services.
- Proven track record of managing audit engagements and leading audit teams.
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS, ASPE, etc.) and auditing standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office applications.

Your schedule:
Monday to Friday
Salary range: $110,000 - $130,000
