Your role:
- Formatting Financial Statements and other documents
- Collating financial statements and tax returns
- Sending documents to clients for signature (DocuSign or courier)
- Efiling tax returns
- Updating projects in PM
- Filing signed documents
- Sending our mass email to our clients during tax season
- Updating information on our intranet site

What you bring to the table:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an office administrative role (preferably in an accounting firm)
- Excellent analytical skills and creativity to identify problems and potential solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Superb organization skills
- Excellent project management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects with conflicting timelines.
- Experience with MS Office
- CaseWare/CaseView, and Taxprep is considered a strong asset.
- Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to effectively work with others
- Strong commitment to professional client service excellence.
Schedule and Salary:
- Hybrid working (3 days in office)
- 9:00-5:00
- Permanent position
