Office Administrator Montréal

Your role:

  • Formatting Financial Statements and other documents
  • Collating financial statements and tax returns
  • Sending documents to clients for signature (DocuSign or courier)
  • Efiling tax returns
  • Updating projects in PM
  • Filing signed documents
  • Sending our mass email to our clients during tax season
  • Updating information on our intranet site

What you bring to the table:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an office administrative role (preferably in an accounting firm)
  • Excellent analytical skills and creativity to identify problems and potential solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Superb organization skills
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects with conflicting timelines.
  • Experience with MS Office
  • CaseWare/CaseView, and Taxprep is considered a strong asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to effectively work with others
  • Strong commitment to professional client service excellence.

Schedule and Salary:

  • Hybrid working (3 days in office)
  • 9:00-5:00
  • Permanent position
