Your role 

  • Manage end-to-end marketing projects, including timelines, deliverables, budgets, and stakeholder communications, ensuring seamless execution across channels. 

  • Design and implement multi-channel marketing and communications strategies that support business objectives, enhance brand positioning, and drive client acquisition and retention. 

  • Oversee the development and consistency of marketing materials—digital content, print collateral, social media, proposals, and thought leadership—ensuring alignment with brand standards and messaging. 

  • Act as the central point of contact for internal teams and external partners, facilitating collaboration between leadership, practice groups, HR, and national marketing teams. 

  • Use data and analytics to monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights to improve engagement, efficiency, and ROI. 

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to internal teams, recommending tailored marketing solutions that align with client needs and firm priorities. 

  • Champion the use of marketing tools—including CRM, CMS, and project management platforms—to streamline workflows, manage campaigns, and report results. 

  • Lead the planning and execution of events, sponsorships, and regional campaigns, ensuring alignment with national marketing efforts and maximizing impact. 

  • Maintain clear project documentation and post-campaign reporting to highlight successes, lessons learned, and strategic insights for future planning. 

  • Stay current with market trends and best practices in professional services marketing, bringing forward innovative ideas to enhance the client experience and elevate the brand. 

  • Other duties and travel, as required. 

What you bring to the table:

  • University degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and project management, preferably in a professional services environment 

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail, brand consistency, and tone 

  • Proficiency in using marketing technology platforms such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Content Management Systems (CMS), email marketing tools, and project management tools. 

  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, with the ability to create and edit visual content that aligns with brand standards and enhances marketing initiatives 

  • Creative and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment 

  • Familiarity with employer branding, sponsorship marketing, and recruitment marketing strategies is an asset

Salary range: 

$95,000 - $120,000 per annum
