Your role:
Working closely with Assurance Partners and other senior assurance staff to coordinate, plan and oversee assurance engagements
Reviewing assurance files
Managing project financials, including budgets, WIP and timely billing
Managing, mentoring, training, and developing assurance and audit staff
Lead practice and professional development initiatives in the areas of assurance and audit
Build and maintain client relationships and communicate effectively to provide superior client service
Identifying and cultivating new sales/service opportunities for clients
Developing measures to improve assurance practice efficiencies
Performing other related accounting functions
What you bring to the table:
CPA designation, preferably with 3-5 years of progressive experience in public practice
Experience working with a variety of clientele
Proven technical skills in accounting and assurance
Proven leadership skills in a collaborative environment
Team player with exceptional interpersonal, communication and client service skills
Excellent project management skills including the ability to multitask and meet deadlines with adaptability to changing priorities
Bilingualism in French/English is required
