Your role:
Providing proactive, comprehensive administrative support to Partners, including calendar management, meeting coordination, preparation of materials, follow-ups, and confidential correspondence.
Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a professional and polished experience.
Supporting core HR processes such as recruitment coordination, onboarding and offboarding, employee record maintenance, and HRIS data accuracy.
Assisting with benefits administration and employee inquiries, escalating more complex matters as appropriate.
Preparing HR documentation with a high degree of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Supporting firm initiatives related to performance management, training, engagement, wellness, and culture.
Maintaining organized systems, files, and processes that support compliance, consistency, and continuous improvement.
Anticipating needs, managing competing priorities, and bringing a solutions-oriented mindset to both executive and HR work.
Assisting other colleagues with Accounts Receivable, Postings and Coding for internal accounting.
What you bring to the table:
You are highly organized, professional, and naturally discreet.
You enjoy supporting others, take pride in getting the details right, and are comfortable balancing confidential information across multiple areas of the firm.
Proven experience in an executive assistant, administrative, HR administrator, or similar hybrid support role.
Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence interacting at all levels of the organization.
A high degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
Comfort working with document management and Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
A proactive, detail‑oriented mindset and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
A people‑first approach, with empathy, sound judgment, and a collaborative working style.
Experience in a professional services environment is an asset but not required.
