Meet Ian Stanley and Jamie Welsh, our two new practice leaders.
The partners of Collins Barrow Nova Scotia Inc. are pleased to announce that two new assurance and advisory partners, Ian Stanley, CA, and Jamie Welsh, CA, both with impressive backgrounds and credentials, have joined our growing Dartmouth-based practice.
Ian Stanley comes to us from a national professional services firm after previously spending the better part of 10 years in industry with a private midsized company, first as controller for four years and then as CFO for six years. A 1998 graduate of Australia's Queensland University of Technology, he earned his CA designation in 2000 while articling in Halifax before leaving public practice in 2001 for a career in industry.
Jamie Welsh joins us after spending 13 years with the Halifax office of a national professional services firm providing assurance and advisory services to private and public companies and not-for-profit organizations. Originally from Moncton, New Brunswick, he graduated from Saint Mary's University in 1998 and earned his CA designation in 2001.
