He also ensures that innovative processes and meticulous documentation are in place to comply with increasingly stringent international regulations.
Previously the national practice leader at a national accounting firm, David joins Collins Barrow with over 20 years of experience in the areas of: global transfer pricing, including corresponding international tax planning strategies, income tax and financial advisory. He counsels clients on transfer pricing planning, documentation and dispute resolution issues. Additionally, David provides advice on a wide range of cross-border transactions, encompassing tangible and intangible assets, intellectual property, financial transactions, management fees and cost reimbursements.
