Dartmouth, NS – An affiliate of Baker Tilly in Nova Scotia, Harbinger Law is excited to announce Jacqueline Ruck has joined the firm as Partner. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, incorporations and assisting clients with day‑to‑day corporate needs.
Ruck brings nearly a decade of experience in the areas of corporate law and charity law with a leading regional firm. As part of the Harbinger team, she now expands her practice into governance matters, helping clients with Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) policies and initiatives.
