His Cobden, Ontario-area practice enlarges Collins Barrow WCM’s foothold in Eastern Ontario’s Ottawa Valley, adding to its existing offices in Carleton Place, Morrisburg and Winchester.
This merger also positions the firm for further expansion in the Whitewater Region, a growing agri-business hub just west of Ottawa, where Cobden is located.
Dean provides accounting, tax advisory and succession-planning services to owner-managed and mid-market businesses in farming, agriculture and manufacturing, in addition to not-for-profit organizations. He received his CGA designation in 1991.
