Previously vice president of Corporate Finance, Ben will lead M&A and capital markets transactions, across both equity and debt financing, in the private and public sectors.
Ben has been involved for more than 10 years in everything from large corporate transactions to small cap private company processes in both Canada and Australia, and has significant expertise with cross-border deals.
