Sudbury, ON – Collins Barrow SNT (CBSNT) has once again put its best foot forward for Sudbury’s Relay for Life, a fundraiser benefiting the Canadian Cancer Society.
The CBSNT team, aptly named A Counting for a Cure, recently hit the Laurentian University track, fulfilling its pledge to walk for a cure.
“The Canadian Cancer Society makes a remarkable impact in our community, and we’re proud to support our professionals who continually rise to the occasion to participate in such a noble and deserving initiative,” said CBSNT managing partner, Daniel Longlade. “Collins Barrow has always believed in contributing to the greater community through socially responsible initiatives like Relay for Life – that’s what the CB Life is all about.”
A regular participant for the past 15 years, the team has raised close to $100,000. This year’s fundraising events included a gift basket draw, dunk tank contest, ice cream sale, community BBQ, as well as a 50/50 draw. The firm matched the team’s effort for a total of $9,449 donated to the Canadian Cancer Society.
