North Bay, ON – Collins Barrow SNT LLP is proud to announce its launch of the 2017 bursary program. The first is a secondary school-level program that offers a $500 bursary to students pursuing an education and career in public accounting. Through this program, CB SNT LLP will sponsor 11 bursaries of $500 — one for each of the area school boards — throughout Northeastern Ontario.
The second program is a university bursary targeted at third year commerce or business administration students. This bursary has been launched through numerous Ontario universities and to their staff/partner group. Aimed at students from Northern Ontario, this award consists of fully paid fourth year tuition, as well as an employment offer post-graduation.
“We are extremely proud to offer these bursaries,” said CB SNT LLP managing partner Dan Longlade. “It is our hope that they will provide encouragement to exceptional students with a future in public accounting, and offer them a smoother path to a professional future with Collins Barrow.”
