Vaughan, ON – Baker Tilly Canada is pleased to announce the promotion of Inna Kleiman to national director of Professional Practice. Taking the helm from recently retired Jim King, Kleiman is ideally suited to build on his esteemed legacy, advancing from her position as national director of Learning and Projects.
Her new role will include leading the Professional Practice team in providing leadership and strategic direction in the planning, development and implementation of ongoing professional growth programming for the Baker Tilly Canada network.
Along with driving knowledge transfer and skills development and involvement in technology integration strategies, Kleiman will also work with Baker Tilly International on a global level. “I’m especially excited about our participation on global audit methodology projects, collaborating with members worldwide and drawing from our template enhancement experience in Canada,” says Kleiman.
Baker Tilly Canada Management Committee member Robert Blais expressed his enthusiasm for what’s next. “Inna’s track record speaks for itself, and her contributions to our network, including her involvement in pilots of various data analytics tools and development of guidance on integrating analytics into our audits has been immeasurable,” Blais says. “We look forward to her leadership and guidance as we continue to deliver growth and drive value for our member firms and our clients.”
