Dartmouth, NS – With profound respect and gratitude, Baker Tilly Nova Scotia announces the retirement of long-serving partner Bill MacMaster.
MacMaster’s career is inextricably woven into the history of Baker Tilly Nova Scotia. As a partner at Hornby Tinkham Marshall, he was part of the first merger with Nauss Cole Galbraith to form Nauss Hornby LLP. That merger started the firm on a trajectory of growth, building it into the organization it has become today. Nearly two decades of service excellence later, MacMaster is an integral part of Baker Tilly Nova Scotia, where he has served as partner since 2010.
“It’s hard to put into words the immense impact and value Bill has had on our firm over the years,” says Baker Tilly Nova Scotia managing partner Grant Galbraith. “We are grateful for his leadership, his long-standing commitment to this community and his never-failing warmth and friendly nature in the office. Needless to say, we’re sad to see Bill go and we wish him all the best in the future.”
