Biography

Steve is a senior financial professional with a strong background in manufacturing which includes: strategic planning, capital acquisition and financing, MRP/ERP systems, ISO, LEAN and large software installations.  During his time in the manufacturing sector, Steve, served as two-term Chair of the Canadian Manufacturers and Exporters-Nova Scotia Division.  He then went on to manage the finances of the Inuit Government in Northern Quebec, as Assistant Treasurer.  Overseeing both the social and economic wellbeing of its citizens throughout the entire region.

Upon return to his hometown of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, where he lives with his wife and daughter; he took on the role of managing the finances for a large NPO. The call of Baker Tilly arrived and he very willingly took on the challenge of Senior Manager (CFO) for Hire.  

Steve's interests include a longtime love/hate relationship with golf and a newfound passion for vegetable gardening.
