Benoit Groulx CPA

Biography

Benoit graduated from the University of Ottawa with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 2000. Benoit later earned his designation as a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) from CPA Ontario in 2012 and from CPA Québec in 2014.

Benoit joined the Baker Tilly Ottawa team in 2014 as a principal and became a partner in January, 2019. He possesses over 15 years of experience in public accounting, having provided various assurance services and consultation to a variety of clients in various industries. Benoit has been involved in various audits for not-for-profit organizations and private enterprises of multiple industries and sizes. Fluently bilingual in French and English, Benoit is the current Treasurer of the Fondation du Collège Nouvelles Frontières.
