Biography

As National Director of People and Culture, Tracy’s overarching mission centers around ensuring Baker Tilly Canada remains a leading and progressive employer, with the ability to attract, recruit and retain the best advisory professionals in the industry.

An authentic and collaborative leader with comprehensive management experience, Tracy guides our network’s human resources strategy and operations, including talent acquisition and recruitment initiatives, employee development and training, compensation and benefits, and related programs. She is instrumental in fostering a culture and work environment that empowers our people to be true to their ambitions and achieve their goals.

Before joining our National office, Tracy held a senior leadership position at Baker Tilly Catalyst, overseeing recruitment and employee development. Since 2022, she has served as co‑chair of Baker Tilly Canada’s National Human Resources Committee, helping to cultivate a work environment where talent, culture and innovation drive success.
