Tola Ijaduola

Tola has been with Baker Tilly Catalyst since 2024 as Director, People & Culture and is the People & Culture Consulting Practice Lead. She specializes in strategic HR consulting, organizational design, policy development, job design and classification, workplace investigation, training and employee development.

Tola’s years of HR and leadership experience include both private and public sector organizations in Telecommunications, Consulting, Non-profit, Professional services, and Education.

Tola holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management and obtained her CPHR designation in 2019.
