Simi Sodhi CPA

Biography

Simi became a Partner in 2023 and works with Baker Tilly WM LLP’s Public Company practice and Valuations & Corporate Finance practice. She provides audit services to publicly listed entities and private companies going public. Simi is experienced in a broad range of specialty services including business valuations, business acquisitions, valuations for financial reporting and litigation support.

Simi joined Baker Tilly in 2013 after receiving her Bachelor of Science degree from Simon Fraser University. She obtained her Chartered Professional Accountant designation in 2016 and her Chartered Business Valuator designation in 2023.

Professional, community and social affiliations 

Simi was a member of the Special Olympics BC Burnaby Executive Committee from 2012 to 2023. She is currently a member of the CBV Institute’s Emerging Leaders in Valuation Organizing Committee.
