Biography

Scott Hodgson is a Partner at Baker Tilly REO’s Morrisburg and Kemptville offices. This is Scott’s second tenure at the firm, having first worked with the team from 2009 to 2013. He returned in 2018 after working as the Chief Financial Officer for a not-for-profit organization and now plays a key role in developing and delivering the firm’s assurance and advisory services.

Scott is a life-long learner who dislikes being bored. He enjoys leveraging his broad experience to help clients achieve their full potential as they grow and mature. He thrives on helping clients balance wide-ranging objectives from corporate governance to regulatory compliance to long-term planning. He is valued by colleagues for his energy and passion.

In addition to his CPA and CA designations, Scott earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from York University. Outside of work, Scott keeps busy with his wife and their three young children, including twins. You can very occasionally find him on the golf course.
