Biography

As National Director of Transformation, Ross is responsible for leading and delivering strategic change across the Baker Tilly in Canada network to achieve long-term growth that benefits both our clients and our people.

Ross is passionate about enabling successful change and fostering collaboration, drawing on international experience and a commitment to continuous improvement in the name of delivering effective and efficient services to our clients.

Prior to his role as National Director of Transformation, Ross worked for a global professional services firm within an international role, specializing in delivering impactful change across audit, assurance and internal operations, working at multiple levels to drive improvements in operations, use of technology, people and processes.
