Riccardo Zerbino CPA LLM

Biography

Riccardo holds the position of tax partner at Baker Tilly Montréal and has nearly 10 years of professional audit and tax experience. A professor at McGill University, he teaches courses in taxation and accounting for the Specialized Graduate Diploma (D.E.S.S.) in the Professional Accounting program.

He has helped many clients better understand the complex and constantly evolving world of corporate taxation. Focused on owner-run businesses, Riccardo assists clients with business reorganizations and voluntary disclosure, and also represents them in disputes with tax authorities.

A lifelong student, Riccardo obtained a degree from McGill University in 2011 and earned the CPA designation in 2013. He then earned a Masters in Tax Law (LLM), obtained at HEC Montréal in 2017. Riccardo also writes articles for Taxnet Pro and BT Montréal’s monthly newsletter.
