As the President of Baker Tilly WM Dealer Acquisitions Inc., Peters career spans over 30 years in automobile dealership business. He has operated as Chief Financial Officer of a large dealer group, as well as Dealer Principal of his own operations. Peter is an expert in dealership transactions, providing clients with a unique combination of skills in negotiation, asset valuation and goodwill. His experience as the chief financial officer of a multi-dealer group, and also as a Dealer Principal, rounds off his abilities, providing clients with a full service one-stop shop.

Peters experience in the last decade has been strictly devoted to Automobile Dealership Buy and Sell Transactions. Including Marine, Motor Cycle, RV, and Heavy Duty Truck Operations. Peter is an experienced deal facilitator from start to finish. Providing both professional accountant expertise as well as industry knowledge and experience.
