Patrick Fusick

Biography
Patrick eagerly joined Baker Tilly SK LLP in early 2025 as HR Manager to support the three offices in Saskatchewan, bringing with him nearly 10 years of progressive HR and business experience. He has enjoyed working for entrepreneurs with single-digit headcounts and in a large multifaceted co-operative with thousands of employees.
Specializing in employee compensation for several years provided many opportunities for developing accurate, efficient, and scalable solutions for salary and bonus administration. He also enjoys supporting business decision-makers through forecasting and reporting on annual cycles and initiatives relating to compensation as well as broader HR metrics.
With a special interest in HR systems and data stewardship, Patrick has been involved in full HR system implementations including the necessary pre-work and post-implementation enhancements to achieve clean data and smooth system integrations. His innate curiosity paired with a drive for efficiency provides value for business leaders and peers.
Patrick is a proud graduate of the Edwards School of Business at the University of Saskatchewan.
He was raised with strong prairie roots and now spends his free time enjoying the outdoors surrounded by Saskatchewan’s beauty.
