Biography

Noel Heffernan is an accounting professional with extensive experience serving public sector, not-for-profit, and small business clients. Since joining Baker Tilly in 2017, he has advanced from Senior Accountant to Senior Manager, overseeing audits for municipalities and NPO’s, while providing government reporting solutions tailored to client needs.

Noel earned his Honours degree from Brock University and became a Certified General Accountant in 2012. His background spans both public and private accounting across diverse industries, equipping him with a comprehensive perspective on financial stewardship and organizational success. Known for his leadership and client-focused approach, Noel ensures compliance with PSAS and NPO standards while delivering exceptional value.

Outside of work, Noel enjoys working on his hobby farm, fishing, traveling, and spending time with his wife and their basset hounds.
