Biography
Mélodie Desrosiers joined Baker Tilly in 2025 as National Director, Marketing and Communications. She began her career in top-tier advertising agencies, where she built a strong foundation in navigating complex brand ecosystems across diverse industries. She later transitioned to client-side roles, contributing to iconic organizations such as Cirque du Soleil, Ubisoft, and Unity.
With over 15 years of experience, Mélodie specializes in building strong, results-driven brands through strategic insight and creative execution. She is known for her ability to lead high-performing teams, tackle complex challenges, and drive meaningful impact across multiple marketing channels—from brand strategy and 360-degree campaigns to digital, trade, and e-commerce.
Mélodie holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Management from HEC Montréal, where she earned multiple academic distinctions. She also completed a Graduate Diploma in Marketing, a Mini MBA in Brand Management, and a Minor in Psychology.
