Biography

Monica joined the firm as Chief Operating Officer in 2026. Monica provides executive leadership for the firm's operations, partnering with the leadership team to strengthen organizational performance, advance strategic priorities, and build the operational foundation for continued growth. Working closely with the partners and leadership team, she oversees the firm's internal operations, including finance, technology, human resources, operational excellence, governance, and strategic initiatives. Her focus is on ensuring the firm has the people, processes, and technology needed to deliver an exceptional experience for both clients and employees.

Monica brings more than 20 years of executive leadership experience helping organizations become stronger, more efficient, and better positioned for the future. Throughout her career, she has led organizations through periods of significant growth, economic uncertainty, technological change, and organizational transformation. She is known for her ability to connect strategy with execution, bringing together people, processes, technology, and financial stewardship to achieve sustainable results.

Her experience spans executive leadership in municipal government, manufacturing, and business advisory services, where she has been responsible for complex operational portfolios that include finance, information technology, procurement, facilities, corporate services, and organizational strategy. She has successfully led enterprise technology implementations, organizational restructuring, governance modernization, long-term financial planning, and operational improvement initiatives that have strengthened organizational performance while fostering collaborative, engaged workplace cultures.

Monica believes that the strongest organizations are built through collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and a willingness to embrace change. She is passionate about developing leaders, building high-performing teams, and creating environments where people are empowered to succeed while delivering exceptional value to clients.

Monica earned an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Windsor and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CMA).
