He is a CPA with an undergraduate degree from Simon Fraser University in Finance and Accounting. Maxwell specializes in providing market analysis, due diligence support (sell-side and buy-side), financial valuations, and business development. He brings industry expertise in forestry, mining, and construction to the table, driving impactful deals forward with precision and insight.

Maxwell has more than 3 years of experience in financial analysis and auditing roles working with large BC companies to help ensure accuracy in public markets.
