Biography

Max joined Baker Tilly Canada Capital in 2026 as an Associate. He has over three years of accounting and middle-market M&A experience across Canada and the United States, working with clients in a variety of industries including automotive, distribution and logistics, insurance, manufacturing, professional services, and technology. Max holds a degree from the University of Windsor and has successfully passed the CFA Level I examination.
