Biography

As a senior manager in the Tax department at Baker Tilly Windsor, Mary Anne oversees international tax matters with particular focus on treaty‑based returns, Regulation 105, Regulation 102, expats and global mobility. She has more than 25 years of combined experience in industry and professional services. Her industry experience includes various finance and accounting positions within the manufacturing sector, as well as professional industry.

Mary Anne’s work experience also includes 20 years of consulting and professional services, specializing in guiding clients through the assessment, application and dispute resolution process related to accessing innovation‑related federal and provincial government grants and subsidies – in particular, the Scientific Research and Experimental Development (SR&ED) program.
