Biography

Martin is a Senior Manager in the Valuations and Advisory team. He specializes in:

• Business valuations for Transactions, Litigation & Family Law Support, and Corporate Reorganizations.
• Income for Spousal/Child Support, Loss of Income, and Damage Quantification reports.
• Transaction services, including Due Diligence, Quality of Earnings analysis, and Deal Negotiation.
• Financial Projections, Forensic Accounting, and Grant applications.

Prior to joining Baker Tilly SNT, Martin worked in senior finance roles in the Technology and Telecommunication industries. He started his career at a Big 4 accounting firm in New Zealand, where he was responsible for delivering Accounting and Transaction services. In New Zealand, Martin also helped deliver a $150M project to help improve economic outcomes for Indigenous Communities.

Beyond his professional role, Martin is involved in the Rotary Club of Sudbury, having served as Treasurer, Secretary and in various other roles. In his free time, he enjoys Mountain biking, snowboarding, travelling, and spending time with his family.
