Biography
Mark is dedicated to serving his diverse client base of owner-operated entrepreneurial businesses. He grew up in the Bow Valley and started with Baker Tilly Rockies LLP (formerly Collins Barrow) even before he was a student.
His career progressed with the firm leading to partnership in 1996. In addition to client service, Mark operated the firm’s Human Resources function for many years aiding the firm to grow to what it is today.
Mark’s service and consulting experience for his private enterprise clients, with a focus in the tourism and hospitality sectors, is extensive and valuable. He also provides services in for-profit and not-for-profit audit.
Mark graduated from University of Calgary in 1994 with a Bachelor of Commerce. He entered the Chartered Accountant (CA) program and earned his designation in 1995.
With a passion for the outdoors, Mark can be found on a bike or a hike, whether with friends or family, when not advising his clients.
