Biography

Marissa is a US-Canada cross border tax specialist with a wide spectrum of experience in US corporate, partnership, estates and trust, high net worth individuals, mobility clients, including experience in Canadian personal tax. Her current focus is on US-Canada cross border individual taxation, as well as entity and personal tax planning. She has built her experience over a period of 30 years working with a combination of big four to medium sized public accounting firms as well as some private industry experience. As an Enrolled Agent, she is authorized to practice before the Internal Revenue Service.
