Linda joined Baker Tilly Catalyst LLP in March 2025 as the Manager of People & Culture Consulting (PCC), following a successful tenure as a part-time HR consultant with the firm. With over two decades of experience across the Oil & Gas industry, HR consulting, and the non-profit sector, Linda brings a strategic and solutions-focused approach to every client engagement.

Her expertise spans a wide range of human resources functions, including compensation management and strategy, employee relations and engagement, HRIS system implementations, payroll and benefits, and talent management, development and performance. Linda is passionate about simplifying complex HR tasks for clients—making processes more efficient, compliant, and aligned with business goals.
