Kimber Amping CPA CA

Kimber was recruited by Baker Tilly Rockies LLP in 2008. She has gained extensive experience providing Canadian tax and accounting services to a broad range of clients. Kimber initially specialized in Audit and Assurance but shifted her focus to Tax in 2019. 

She has taken her professional career from student to partnership, being admitted as partner to Baker Tilly Rockies LLP in 2025. While Kimber is physically based out of the Canmore office, she is growing her practice with new clients from Revelstoke, Banff and Canmore.

Having experience in both accounting and tax allows Kimber to offer valuable insights and comprehensive advice to her clients.

Kimber graduated from Dalhousie University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Commerce. She entered the Chartered Accountant (CA) program and earned her designation in July 2011. She further enhanced her expertise by completing the three-year In-Depth Tax Program in 2023.

Outside of work, Kimber enjoys mountain biking and spending time outdoors with her family.
